Police say an 18-year-old man, upon his release from a Pennsylvania jail, promptly walked across the street and stole a 1987 Oldsmobile Cutlass from a bowling alley parking lot, an offense that landing him right back in the slammer, the Centre Daily Times reported.
Shawn Allen Linberg, who originally was locked up for allegedly slashing all four tires on a judge’s car, was charged with theft and receiving stolen property, the newspaper reported.
“The man can’t wait an hour before he is alleged to have violated the law again,” Centre County District Attorney Michael Madeira said.
