Baby Boy Found Dead Inside Texas Motel Freezer
A baby boy less than one year old was found dead Friday morning inside the freezer of a Texas motel room, MyFOXHouston reported.
Police received a call from an man saying the baby had died of natural causes. When they arrived at the InTown Suites extended-stay motel in southwest Houston around 6 a.m., they found the baby dead inside the freezer.
The man who called the police and an woman, who both live in the motel room, were taken into custody, but police said their initial statements about the incident do not match, MyFOXHouston reported.
Police said the woman may be the infant’s mother, the station reported.
“It’s less than a year and it is a little boy,” Sgt. John Chomiak told the station. “Just disbelief. When I was driving over here, it was just an horrible situation to respond to.”
