Bankrate: Fixed Mortgage Rates Fall In Latest Week
NEW YORK — Fixed mortgage rates declined last week, with the average conforming 30-year fixed mortgage rate falling to 6.32% from 6.41% a week earlier, according to Bankrate Inc.’s survey released Thursday. The average 15-year fixed mortgage rate slipped to 5.79% from 5.87%. The average rate on 30-year jumbo loans held at 7.
