CHICAGO Authorities say a toddler in an stroller nearly died when high winds blew him into the cold water of Chicago’s Lake Michigan.
The Chicago Fire Department says the 2-year-old boy’s grandfather jumped into the harbor Friday afternoon in an attempt to save the child and had to be pulled from the water himself.
