SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. A single-propeller airplane made an emergency landing on a Scottsdale road Monday after experiencing mechanical problems shortly after takeoff.

BARBOURSVILLE, W.Va. Police are investigating the deaths of an man and two children whose bodies were found Monday in a home in Barboursville.
